Give me your photos, either by uploading digital images to a shared drive or giving me prints to scan. I'll edit the pictures, design the book and craft the words to tell your story. All prints will be promptly returned.
If you want captions and narrative copy, we will work on those together.
Preview the project, make edits, approve and order.
$4.50 per page with 20-page minimum plus tax (Storyline services), plus charges for photo book vendors (see below).
Payment for printing, tax and shipping for photo book vendor. I use a variety of photo book vendors, including Shutterfly, Mixbook, and Vistaprint. I will research and recommend the best one for your project. Pricing varies according to the client’s choice of book size, number of pages and other specs. Any discounts offered by the photo book vendors will be applied.
Payment due upon placement of order, based on estimated number of pages and other specs. Estimate will be supplied before work on the book begins. Adjustments can be made if the client wants to add more pages.
ACH, Visa, Mastercard, Venmo, PayPal and cash accepted. I prefer ACH to avoid credit card charges.
Photo books will be delivered within 2 weeks of client approval.
Clients are first-come, first-served, so I recommend planning ahead for prime gift-giving holidays, including Christmas, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day.
We will establish deadlines and delivery dates once you have made a payment.
I use a variety of photo book sites, including Shutterfly, Mixbook, and Vistaprint. I will research and recommend the best one for your project.
We can work together on a custom project at an hourly charge of $75/hour.
For example, I recently designed a family tree for a neighbor's family reunion. The tree featured the names of each of the family members across five generations.
For writing and editing, the hourly charge is $75/hour.
Most sites offer a variety of products, and I can help with those, also. Pricing fluctuates, so I charge $10 for each image + the price for the product, tax and delivery.
